Dan Alzheimer, MD Dr Alzheimer attended Medical School and completed his radiology residency at the University of Washington. He is Board Certified and has Certificates of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology and Vascular/Interventional radiology. He also has additional training in Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal radiology. He has additional interests in women’s imaging and pain management. Dr. Alzheimer has been in private practice since 1991. He has served on the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists and Montana Board of Medical Examiners. Dan is also board certified in Venous & Lymphatic Medicine.
