For each batch we make our own spice blend into a paste which is then added to the dry jack curd. Aged for at least 90 days, this cheese goes from milk to block in 6 hours.

Serve Pepper Jack on top of tacos, fajitas, sandwiches and salads for a kick of spicy heat! Pair with a hoppy beer like IPA.

Blocks average 11-12 lbs.

Store unopened Pepper Jack at 33-36° for up to 45 days. Once opened, tightly wrap in cheese paper or plastic wrap and enjoy within 7 days.
